Large tunnel book inspired by The Time Machine by H.G Wells. The book needs to be opened up fully and looked through like a window in order to be read properly. Each “page” represents a different era in time, starting with 1895 and ending with an image of the Earth in its final days, millions of years in the future.
The text on the inside of the book is taken from The Time Traveller: The Life of H.G Wells by Norman and Jeanne MacKenzie.
Copper, paper and card collage, ink and a lot of glue.
